Kate Inglis is an author of novels, picture books, and a non-fiction memoir. She is an avid skier, cyclist, and hiker. In January 2022 Kate was diagnosed with an incurable progressive autoimmune disease, upending her approach to life. The day after her diagnosis, she chose a new approach—seeing food as medicine, fresh air as therapy, and cold water as a training ground for vitality.
